How do I submit my camera for repair?

 

Submitting your camera for repair is easy! Simply click the button to the right and fill in your information. Your information will be saved to our computers, print the page and send it in with your equipment .


Where are you located?
We are located in Portland Oregon, but we offer repairs via mail order to anywhere in the USA.

How long is the warranty on my camera repair?
Camerasolutionsinc.com offers a six month limited warranty on film products and ninety days on digital products.  Please see our policiy for further details.

How long will my camera repair take?
Camera Solutions strives to provide you the fastest service available. Generally, repairs are completed within 2-3 weeks. However, parts delays can considerably delay a repair. During certain times of the summer and the Christmas holiday, it can take longer. We cannot give a definitive answer until you submit your camera for repair.

What does a camera repair include?
A camera repair from Camera Solutions is a repair to "good working order." You can feel confident in your investment since we warranty all work. Please see our policies for details.

How do I get an estimate?
You can submit your camera for repair by mailing it in(insurance recommended). Simply fill out the forms online and we will get back to your request as soon as possible.

How do I pay for the repair?
You can pay by credit card, money order, or check. Please note that we require the check to clear in order to ship back your repaired equipment. There are no delays with credit cards and money orders.

Do you charge for estimating?
Yes we do, the estimate fee is applied to the final cost if you have us perform the work. Please see our policy for estimate fees.
