We are located in Portland Oregon, but we offer repairs via mail order to anywhere in the USA.

How long is the warranty on my camera repair?
Camerasolutionsinc.com offers a six month limited warranty on film products and ninety days on digital products.  Please see our policies for further details.

How long will my camera repair take?
Camerasolutionsinc.com strives to provide you the fastest service available. Generally, repairs are completed within 2-3 weeks. However, parts delays can considerably delay a repair. During certain times of the summer and the Christmas holiday, it can take longer. We cannot give a definitive answer until you submit your camera for repair.

You can submit your camera for repair by mailing it in(insurance recommended). Simply fill out the forms online and we will get back to your request as soon as possible.

You can pay by credit card, money order, or check. Please note that we require the check to clear in order to ship back your repaired equipment. There are no delays with credit cards and money orders.

Yes, we repair most brands. Call us with your make and model and we can tell you if we service it.  If you are located in the Portland metro area, please visit our facility in person.
