The BlackRapid FastenR-T1 for Manfrotto 200PL-14 QR Plate is a threaded post to fit standard tripod-mount hole on camera in conjunction with a Manfrotto RC-2 200PL-14 quickplate; stainless steel with d- ring. Finished, solid stainless-steel design provides an easy and secure connection to your RC2 and Camera. This replaces the tripod screw that comes with the Manfrotto RC2 200PL-14 Plate.
