How do I know that an item is available for pick up?

- As not all items are available for Pickup service, you can call Customer Service in our store directly during store hours at 503-452-3907 to confirm item available for Pickup.

Is every item available for pick up?

- No, some items are only available for shipping.

When do I go to the store?

- You can come to our store to pick up your order as soon as you receive your pick up email (please note that your order confirmation email is NOT your pick up email).

- Store hours are as follows: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Can someone else pick up my order?

- No, please do not send someone else to pick up your order, we will release the merchandise to the person who made the purchase. We require a valid ID and the card that was used to make the purchase.

- Bring your pick up email, a valid ID, and the card that was used to make the purchase.

Where do I go and what do I do?

- When in store, you can proceed immediately to the front counter and. simply present your pick up email, valid ID, and the credit card that you used online.

How long will my order be available to pick up?

- Once you have received your pick up email, Camera Solutions will hold your items at our store for eight (8) days for you to pick up.
