- The Leash:I wanted something to use for carrying my new tripod around. This was the perfect solution. The ease of adjusting the length & the anchor system are was truly sold me on this product.
- The LEASH is a nice strap!I love my SLIDE strap, however I am not as enthused with the LEASH. While the LEASH functions as advertised, I miss the SLIDE's strap length adjusting mechanism. I do a lot of cold weather photography, and have to take off gloves or mittens to operate the length mechanism. I think the LEASH would be much better with a mini sized version of the SLIDE's length adjusting hardware. I also miss the the Slide's anti skid underside that keeps the strap from sliding off my shoulder. I would like my LEASH a lot better if it were a SLIDE EXTRA-LITE. Nevertheless, the LEASH is another fine Peak Design product built to last a life time.
- The Leash Solved My ProblemI usually take photos on a vertical angle and the strap always get in the way. The new leash solved that problem. It is slim and a perfect size for my mirrorless camera. Very happy with this purchase.
- Very ComfortableThe strap is super light and very comfortable. I, long ago, took off the strap that Olympus had provided because of it size and thickness. It felt like I had a noose around my neck. This strap is perfect in weight and function. Allowing me to quickly remove the strap when needed.
- Three months of searching for the perfect strap paid off! Luv my Leash!I have been shopping for a new design/style of camera strap for months. I recently switched from DSLR to mirrorless gear and have been using my old thick heavy cumbersome yet very durable and reliable lowpro strap. Over the months of searching I knew I wanted a thinner, lighter adjustable strap. Once I found the leash, my biggest dilemma was deciding which PD I wanted first! My mirrorless everyday setup is 4 lbs and I am extremely confident with this strap! My favorite feature is the ability to attach the strap to the bottom and wear my camera crossbody securing my lens pointing at an angle, is very comfortable for my 5’3” womanly frame????. It is easy for me to adjust the length to use for stabilizing my lens from camera shake...it’s light, sleek and sexy. It’s perfect and was worth the wait! This is my first PD purchase. 2 weeks later I bought a sling.. sooo excited!
