- Always pleased to see the bag being improved.Hello, I am a long time client. I currently own most products from your site. I recently purchased the v2 messenger bag. The design and look is very nice. My comments are that I like on v1 and v1.1 (own them too) that the bag would sit up straight when placed down. The curve on the bottom no longer allows that. I also wish that the inside flap zipper was larger like before. I find it very limiting what I can put inside. I also found the black got dirty very quickly. I live in Toronto and we do have snow now. But would suggest people think twice about the black being put on the ground on daily use. The gray has always looked great for me. And I've had the v1 since the project first launched on Kickstater. Peak Design keep making great bags and you will have me for life.
- Nice, well built bag, but...I got this to replace my v1 messenger bag, which I actually liked better. Outside access to the computer/tablet pocket is gone. The main thing I don't like is the fabric shell is extremely stiff, which makes access somewhat cumbersome (flap does not want to stay open). If this were in a softer material it would be dynamite. I'm thinking of replacing it.
- Best Bags and Backpacks EverI am a fan of Peak Design’s products. Each is thoughtfully designed with just the right Set of feature. Straps are interchangeable for carrying cameras, tripods, or small bags. Their camera Capture Clip attaches to back pack straps, your pants belt, and all of their bags. Clever, and it solves the problem of getting your camera out, quickly,when out on a shoot. Every product comes with a thoughtful instruction booklet that covers features and their proper use. There are also instructional videos for most products. Materials and craftsmanship are outstanding and customer service, responsive. I use their Field Pouch for my wallet, glasses and mask, their Everyday Messenger for a camera and lenses and their Everyday Backpack when traveling, or when I need more space. I could not be more satisfied with Peak Design’s products.

- A+ Quality, C+ UtilityI was very excited to purchase this bag. The quality is amazing, and the look is clean and professional. Unfortunately, I have become frustrated with the utility of the bag given the width will not easily accommodate a standard notepad, clipboard, folder, etc. in addition, the width will accommodate what I consider to be a small laptop. two more inches would suffice. I can get everything listed in there, but with definite effort that requires me to hold the sides open, make sure nothing is hooked that prevents the stuff from sliding in, etc. this makes interacting with the bag extremely frustrating on a daily basis. Just a little wider, that’s it. It was like ordering your favorite food that you’ve had countless times, and the chef changed that one ingredient that ruins the dish. I really want to love this bag.
